Turnaround time is a major factor in deciding which packaging supplier you go with. Here’s a quick guide on our own lead times to help you plan things out according to your deadlines:

A quick turnaround needed: Digital printing, 1-7 business days
Need boxes quickly? Your best bet is digital printing! Digital printing requires a minimal setup time and is the best option for packaging jobs where speed is of the essence.

Basic printing options, several thousand boxes or less: 7-10 business days (1-2 weeks)
Have several days built into your schedule? Good planning! If you went with budget-friendly options for your packaging, you can expect them to be done within one and a half to two weeks …sometimes even less!

Larger quantities and/or deluxe packaging options: 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks)
Deluxe options such as foil (metallic accents) and special textures require additional steps in production that result in a longer turnaround time.

What else do I need to know?
The above turnaround times only apply during times when business is running as normal. When unprecedented events such as the COVID-19 pandemic occur, the turnaround will be longer as many factors in production would be disrupted.

The turnaround time does not include shipping time, but if you are in Southern California, we offer free pickups from our sales office!

At a bare minimum, please allow 5-7 weeks from the day you first request a quote to your custom packaging being finished and ready for shipping or pickup. To stay on the safe side, it’s best to build even more time into your calendar if possible. This allows a good buffer to accommodate for delays and last-minute issues!
